call the airport, they will ship you your luggage for a minimal charge. tell them that it wasn’t there when you left and they will probably ship it for free
depends on where you left it. you would have to contact where it was left and have them arrange for a pick up at your expense. i’m sure ups ships from there or dhl. you might just try calling their 1-800 numbers to find out.
Southwest is a weirdo about these things…and i think some other will send it to your location… not sure because last time that happened to me it was many years ago. But also try getting a luggage company like everyone else has suggested.

you can buy a 2,000$ plane ticket or you can buy a 20$ shovel and dig a hole in the ground dont stop till you get to china
