I would like to bring wine in my luggage on an airline than onto my cruise to drink; is it possible?

ship luggage
wissy asked:

This is so I can drink in my cabin, I also heard they don’t sell wine on ships in the stores only in the resturants at an inflated price.

You can try but they don’t allow it. You might have all stained clothes if they are ruff on your luggage and toss them around. It is against their policy. That is where Cruise gets you in their drinks. That is why they are so cheap.

I don’t recall any signs stating no alcoholic beverages brought aboard and I’ve cruised on many ships! I think where you may run into a problem is if you are entering another countries borders it may be prohibited! However, if for instance you live in NYS and fly to Florida to board a ship in Miami, I don’t think you’ll get any hassle at all. I’m not 100% positive as I know they changed many of the flight regulations after 911 but I would check with the airline. Alcohol is a flammable substance so it may just be it’s prohibited!
