    many smuggle onto cruise ships

place it in the middle of your clothes and it’ll be delivered to your room

if you are paranoid fill a couple of 2 liter soda bottles with
booze as they dont care much about smuggling soda

i buy my drinks at the ports because i want gatorades
or such and i walk right on

Ships have good prices on booze. You should just get some good stuff onboard.

YES – put it in your checked in luggage and you will not have a problem at all. Do not try to carry it on the ship with your carry-on luggage though. They will take it away.

I know Holland America allows you to bring wine and champagne on board with no problem. They have a problem with all other kinds of alcohol. I don’t recall seeing any limits on the amount of wine you can bring on board.

They don’t make as much money on wine you buy at the bars (unless you get an expensive bottle) as they do the cocktails. House wine was $4.50 a glass, which is cheaper than most restaurants. By contrast, the cheapest drinks were $5.25 and that was only the drink of the day. Most cocktails were $6.50 and up. So the markup is really on the mixed drinks, so I think that’s why they don’t allow liquor brought on board.
