Cheapest I heard of was by boat. Although it takes a while.
container, although u need to speak to some inspectors here in the US before you ship the car, bcause regulations in europe are WICKED!!! they will inspect the vehicle and you will not be able to drive it down there untill its completely modified to europes regulations! sometimes it can cost alot of benjamins.
They have companies that specialize in this. I shipped one from New York to Germany a few years ago. It cost about $1100, would have been $2800 had I not drove up to the ship yard and picked it up. Trying to find someone, best advice I can give is to just google it.

Forget the idea. It is likely to cost almost as much as the vehicle is worth, You don’t say where in Europe but remember that the UK drives on the other side of the road.
Back in 1991 I paid $1400 US to ship a 20 foot long container from Montreal to Felixstowe in the UK. It would cost at least double that today. (I intended to ship from Baltimore but the Gulf War got in the way).
Better to sell the vehicle and buy on arrival.
