i want to take 2 suitcase, or a box, just with baby clothes etc into Turkey. I heard it was cheaper to pay for luggage, instead of shipping. What airlines allow this? i know BA does, but they dont fly to my airport in Turkey wich is Bodrum, any info would be great, Thanks

I go to Turkey regularly and no airlines allow more than 20kg.
BA only allowed 25 kg when they flew there anyway.
You are going to have to pay excess baggage whichever airline you use,we have even used Turkish airlines and the baggage allowance is the same…20kg.
HI See if the airline has a frquent flyer club and JOIN IT, IT,S FREE Then you will get extra baggage allowance .it does not matter if you never fly with them again
THERE CLUB MAY COME UNDER A DIFFRENET NAME BUT SAME IDEA
